The following Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Imag!n application (“App”) created by Imag!n (“us”, “we”, “our”). By accessing and using our App, you accept and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines.
- Access to the App
By using this App, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the App or any feature or part thereof at any time.
- Your Account
When you sign up, a unique Stellar account is generated and stored on your device along with a 24-word secret for account recovery. You are solely responsible for all activities on your account and maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
- Account Balance
Imag!n accounts function through the Stellar network. Stellar accounts are initiated with a balance of 3 Lumens to facilitate data storage and heart assets. The residual balance is utilized for small transactions that update account information such as posts, profile IDs, and the sending of hearts. It’s crucial to maintain a balance for these app features to function. You can view your Stellar balance within the app but may need to independently top it up if it runs low.
- Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our App, you agree to the practices outlined in the Privacy Policy.
- In-App Purchases
The App provides a ‘heart’ feature for posts you appreciate. Hearts are sent through the Stellar network as our own heart asset for other accounts. These hearts can also be bought through in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable.
- Community Guidelines
Users are expected to follow our Community Guidelines, which require respectful and responsible behavior. Violations may result in action against your account.
- General Prohibitions
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities: Posting offensive, abusive, or sexually explicit content; Manipulating the ‘heart’ feature; Any form of bullying or harassment; Posting copyrighted or plagiarized content; Any illegal activities.
- Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the App belong to us. You may not copy, distribute, replicate, or modify any part of the App without written permission.
- Modification of Terms
We may modify these terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use or log into the App after these terms are changed, you indicate your agreement to the revised terms.
- Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be in violation of these Terms or if we suspect unlawful activity related to your account.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imag!n shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages or any loss of profits or revenues.
